The course is carried out in e-learning, which can be taken online asynchronously (24/7).
Why this course on Whistleblowing?
Do you know what “whistleblowing” means? Are you familiar with the provisions of European Directive of 2019 No. 1937 and Decree 15 March 2023 No. 24? Do you know what to do if you witness a breach?
Thanks to the course “Whistleblowing – The courage to speak out” you will find out about:
- the theoretical references and regulatory framework on whistleblowing;
- the requirements for obtaining protection;
- which actions are to be reported;
- the measures and channels available to the reporting person.

The course has an indicative duration, and content navigation is self-paced.
Learning Self-Assessment
No formal learning assessment test is required upon course completion.
