In these pages there is the same contact form that allows the interested party to receive information on three different types of services: Custom Audio-Video Productions, Production of customized e-Learning courses, Creation of complete and interactive Web sites. The form on these pages requires a series of personal data (Name, Surname, Company, Telephone, Email) and the choice by the interested party of the service on which he wants more information with the specific request. Registration is subject to acceptance of specific, free and informed consent. The data is processed exclusively by properly authorized and trained personnel. The data is stored for times compatible with the purposes of the collection. The provision of data is necessary in order to obtain a specific response to your request and failure to provide the data indicated or consent implies the impossibility of being able to access the services.

3.3.7 – Try a free DynDevice demo

In this page there is the request form for the eLearning DynDevice platform that allows the Interested to be contacted in order to have information regarding DynDevice and to try the platform in demo mode.The following form requires the filling in of some personal data (name, surname, legal form, company/ corporate name, VAT number, tax code, address, postcode, town, province, region, email address, phone number, company size) and it’s possible to have a personalized message for the Interested. The subscription is subject to specific, free and informed consent. All data are only processed by regularly authorized and properly trained personnel. All data are preserved for a period which is compatible with the collection purposes. All requested details are mandatory in order to obtain a specific response to the request. If such data or the consent are not given, it will be impossible to access the services.

3.3.8 Chat Module

Users can ask for assistance or information in every page of the website or via a real time chat box with a company operator. In case the user is not logged in on Mega Italia Media website, they will appear as “navigator” and the personal data that might be transmitted– necessary to provide an answer –will be collected via text or orally by the operator. In case the user is already logged in on the Mega Italia Media website (with username and password previously created for previous purchases) they will appear in the chat box with their name and surname.

3.3.9 Activate the course demo for free

In the product details page, users can request a demo trial of the online course they’re interested in. In order to do so, they must click on “Activate the course demo for FREE” and they will land on a page where they will have to fill in a form with their data to start the requested course. This form page is not on megaitaliamedia.com but on the platform page elearning.megaitaliamedia.it where the specific policy regarding such form can be found.

3.4 Purposes of the processing and legal basis of the clients’ personal data

We collect, process and use personal data of subjects who are already Mega Italia Media clients (whoever has made at least one purchase on our website) both for contract purposes and for our legitimate interest to do direct marketing and promote our products and services, in compliance with the regulation of data protection (art. 6, par 1, letter f GDPR, and from considering C47,GDPR and Opinion nr. 6/2014 Article 29 Data Protection Working Party, par. III.3.1.). Such legitimate interest stands in order to keep a constant contact between the Data Controller and the Interested and to keep them informed about Mega Italia Media activities, in a relevant and appropriate relationship, and considering all the reasonable expectations of the Interested based on their relation with the Data Controller.
